Getting to Know You
We start by setting up a meeting where we get to know you, review your project, ask lots of questions about how you go about your everyday tasks. We find out what is important to you and your project and what are dreams and work to implement both. We will dig until we uncover what is important to you even if you don't know what that is yet. We believe a designer's job is best started at the thought of a project, not during the project or after.Developing Concepts
We create initial concepts/schematic designs that guide you and help capture what your space will look like. Next, we create layouts and drawings of your office, new home, addition, or renovation that will help communicate with the builders, fabricators and trades. This is very important to make sure your designs are implemented correctly and will simplify the process. Not only will they know, but you will now start to see your vision take shape.Selecting Textures and Color Scheme
We research and design the finishes that will showcase the colors, feel, fixtures, finishes of the space. Essentially every surface will be addressed from cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting and tile patterns. Every room has a distinct flow and it's our job to make sure the project has the feeling you are expecting.Confirming the Details
As we complete final layouts and drawings and prepare them for installation, including all finite details from trim, to lighting and plumbing details, not to forget the tile layouts and casework layouts. Once the project details are complete we review the selected furnishings and finishes that will make your project completely yours. We work with you on all of the styles and selections and take care of all of the ordering, tracking, unpacking, delivering and setting up of every corner of your project. We handle the damages, the delays, the shipping. We stay on top of the project until it is complete and perfect.Finalizing the Project
While the project is in motion, we are the go-to for the contractor and all of the trades. We are your project manager through this process. We will handle the details, collaborate with the trades if issues should arise, and keep your days uninterrupted so you can still maintain your life while your project continues. We work to make sure your quality of life has improved and by giving us the opportunity to be a part of the project in its early stages, you will give us the best chance to make sure your project is everything you have waited for and imagined it could be.Our Affiliations

Pam Holschuh is a true design professional. She can handle any aspect of a design project, but what we like best about her is the attention to detail, and the options she provides us. I have recommended Pam and her company to a number of people and they all had a wonderful experience working with her. First class!
